Precision machined hardened steel jaws grip the work and are replaceable when worn, so the vise body outlasts its wear surfaces. The main jaws open to a 5" maximum, and built-in pipe jaws below them hold round stock and pipe without a separate fixture.

Castings are class 30 iron rated at 30,000 lb of tensile strength, giving the body the rigidity to resist spreading under clamping load and hammer work. A machine-ground anvil surface at the rear of the vise provides a flat, hardened face for forming and shaping metal directly on the tool.

The 360-degree swivel base rotates the vise to any working angle and locks in position with lock-down handles, letting the operator bring the workpiece to the tool rather than repositioning the work in the jaws.

Features

8" jaw width, 5" maximum opening

360-degree swivel base with
