The pressure is enough to open stubborn zerk fittings that a low-pressure gun will not clear.

The pump head and pumping chamber are heavy-duty aluminum on a steel body, materials chosen to hold pressure at the lever without flexing through repeated strokes. The assembly seats on standard 5-gallon pails, matching the container size most shops already stock grease in.

A 48" flexible high-pressure hose reaches fittings around a chassis without moving the pail, terminating in a steel extension and a four-jaw coupler that grips the fitting under full pressure and releases cleanly. The setup suits precise, clean greasing of cars, trucks, equipment, and machinery.

Features

3,500 PSI maximum pressure

Fits 5-gallon (25 to 50 lb) pails

Lever action, no air supply required

Heavy-duty aluminum head and pumping chamber

48" flexible high-pressure hose

Steel extension with four-jaw coupler

Specifications

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Application

Bulk grease

Style

Lever action, high pressure

Fits

5 gal.
