It shields the epoxy-coated drum from abrasion and chemical exposure during mixing of screeds, mortars, epoxy-bound aggregates, and other cementitious materials, extending drum life and reducing wear over continuous, high-duty use.

Between batches and after use, the liner cuts cleaning time by up to 50%: instead of scrubbing cured material from the drum itself, the liner is removed, cleaned, or swapped, enabling fast changeovers between cementitious and epoxy materials without cross-contamination. This supports cleaner operation and consistent mix quality from batch to batch, particularly in rental fleets where turnaround time matters.

The liner is made from 100% recyclable plastic. Replacement instructions are detailed in the FAM-120 instruction manual, and liners are available individually as a consumable spare part.

Features

Precise fit for the Makinex FAM-120 Forced Action Mixer drum

Shields drum from abrasion and chemical exposure

Cuts cleaning time between batches and after use by up to 50%

Extends drum life and reduces drum wear

Enables fast changeovers without cross-contamination

Supports cleaner operation and consistent mix quality

100% recyclable plastic

Specifications

FORCED ACTION MIXER LINER

Product Code

FAM-027

Dimensions

28" diameter × 17.7" depth (712mm × 450mm)

Weight

8.2 lbs (3.7kg)

What's Included

1× Makinex Forced Action Mixer Drum Liner (Model FAM-027)
