Warranty

Warranty
Warranty basics
EKKO Material Handling Equipment, Inc. warrants that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials, for the original purchaser only. Equipment must be operated under normal conditions as outlined in the official instructions manual and within its rated capacity. Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, abuse (neglect, improper operation, overloading, accidents, or unapproved modifications), lack of maintenance, freight damage, customer-preference adjustments (such as software updates or performance modifications), and any unit with a defaced or missing serial number. EKKO reserves the right of final determination of warranty compliance.
Warranty length
Coverage periods vary by part and equipment class:
  • 30 days: wearable items such as tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts, and oil seals.
  • 6 months: labor fees, which must be applied for and approved by EKKO in advance.
  • 1 year: parts and electrical components, including the transmission (gearbox shaft), traction motor, wheel controller, charger, lift motor, hydraulic pump, sensors, weldments, plus forks, platforms, and handles; lead-acid and flooded batteries are also covered for 1 year.
  • 3 years: frame, forks, and mast.
  • 5 years: lithium batteries on eligible models (against defects; excludes misuse, degradation, and normal wear).
For LPG/Diesel forklifts, coverage runs by time or operating hours, whichever comes first: frame, forks, and mast for 3 years/6,000 hours; engine for 2 years/4,000 hours; parts for 1 year/2,000 hours; and battery and wearables for 30 days.
Remedies and costs
EKKO's sole liability is to repair or replace any part shown to be defective under normal and proper use within the warranty period, via a properly submitted claim. Labor fees must be approved in advance and are limited (for LPG/Diesel, up to 60% of original labor cost, requested within 6 months or 1,000 operating hours); travel time is capped at 1.5 hours and transportation costs are excluded. When requested, parts must be returned within 30 days for inspection, or they will be charged. EKKO issues a credit invoice toward future purchases rather than a check. This is the exclusive warranty — all other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are excluded, and EKKO is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. For prompt service, contact your authorized dealer.

For contractors moving heavy materials across job sites this unit handles the terrain variation and load weights that lighter jacks can't manage. The lithium battery maintains consistent power regardless of temperature variation which matters for our outdoor job site applications.

The combination of 5,000 lb capacity, full-power lift and drive, removable lithium battery, and 3-year warranty makes the EPC25Li the complete package for serious commercial pallet handling. We compared several alternatives before purchasing and EKKO won on the overall specification at this price point.

R
Ronan Y.

The EPC25Li is ideal for long-haul pallet transport across our large distribution center floor. The powered drive maintains consistent speed across the full facility without the speed variation that operator effort creates on manual jacks. Consistent transit time, predictable workflow.

P
Primrose Q.

The full-powered drive eliminates the walking effort that manual and semi-electric jacks require. Our operators cover more pallet moves per shift with less physical effort which both increases throughput and reduces the cumulative physical strain of a full loading dock shift.

O
Oscar E.

we run 3 epc25li units in our distribution center. all three on the same shift schedule, all three running reliably. the removable lithium battery and built-in charger make battery management simple and the 5000 lb capacity covers everything we move. ekko builds solid dock equipment

N

Fleet consistency that simplifies maintenance management.

M

The 3-year limited warranty from EKKO covers this unit for a meaningful commercial service period. For a dock unit that runs daily production shifts that warranty provides genuine coverage across the most critical years of the equipment's service life.

L
Leland U.

The EPC25Li covers our full pallet weight range up to 5,000 lbs without capacity concerns. Fully loaded pallets are handled confidently and the full-power drive maintains consistent travel speed under maximum load. No slowdown or laboring under heavy pallets.

K
Kyla Y.

The ergonomic handle and control layout reduces operator wrist and arm fatigue during extended pallet transport tasks. Our dock operators work 8-hour shifts on this unit and the ergonomic design is noticeably better than the previous unit they were running. Reduced fatigue translates to better operator performance and fewer errors.

J
Jonah Q.

Robotic welding on the frame produces consistent weld quality throughout the structure. We've put this unit through demanding loading dock work including frequent directional changes, rough dock plate crossings, and heavy pallet transport. The frame shows no fatigue signs after months of daily production use.

I
Isla E.

The polyurethane drive wheel and load wheels handle our sealed warehouse floor smoothly without marking the surface. Floor maintenance costs and appearance both improved after we switched from the steel-wheeled unit we were running before. Good material selection for an indoor warehouse application.

H
Harvey V.

The low-profile fork design slides under standard pallets on our loading dock without the approach angle issues that higher fork profiles create. We load and unload trucks efficiently without the fork approach complications that slowed our previous unit.

G
Gabrielle Z.

The electromagnetic braking system provides controlled stopping without the abrupt jerks of mechanical-only braking systems. On a loading dock where operators are moving full pallets at speed, controlled braking is a safety and product protection spec that matters every shift.

F
Franklin U.

The built-in charger combined with the removable 48V battery means we have flexibility in how we manage charging. Charge the battery on the machine when parked or remove it and charge elsewhere while the unit is repositioned. Operational flexibility that fits our facility layout.

E
Elise Y.

5,000 lb capacity covers our full pallet weight range in our distribution facility. The full powered lift and drive eliminates the manual effort that wore our previous semi-electric jack operators out on long hauls. Operator fatigue complaints dropped significantly after we switched to the EPC25Li.

D
Dexter Q.

The removable lithium battery is the design feature that makes this unit work in our multi-shift operation. We swap a charged battery in at the shift change and the depleted battery charges while the unit continues working. No charging downtime, continuous operation across multiple shifts.

C
Colette E.

The EPC25Li provides full power for both lifting and driving — no manual effort required for either function. The 48V/30Ah removable lithium battery delivers consistent power output across the full discharge cycle unlike lead-acid alternatives that slow down as they discharge. For a loading dock operation doing high pallet counts this matters by the end of a long shift.
