Shipping Policy
At Blue Collar Planet LLC we are committed to shipping your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
- Shipping destinations
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. Select products may be available to ship to Canada on request — contact support@bluecollarplanet.com before ordering.
2. Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $200 shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. However, some exclusions apply. The following car lift brands are not eligible for free shipping: Katool, Triumph, AMGO, and Daytona. These brands ship by LTL freight; shipping is calculated at checkout, or you may choose to have your order shipped to a nearby warehouse for pickup at no shipping charge (select the warehouse pickup option on the product page).
Orders under $200 are charged standard shipping calculated at checkout. LTL / freight items (car lifts, log splitters, generators, and other heavy equipment) may have a residential delivery surcharge, liftgate fee, or limited-access fee quoted at checkout.
3. Order processing
Processing takes 1–2 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2 PM CT begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day. "Processing" means we confirm stock with the manufacturer, verify payment, and schedule the carrier.
4. Estimated delivery times
Total time from order to delivery is processing (1–2 business days) + transit, and transit depends on how your item ships:
LTL freight (car lifts, log splitters, generators, wood chippers, pressure washers, attachments, and most heavy equipment) — transit is 7–14 business days. Total delivery: 8–16 business days from order.
Small-parcel (smaller parts, accessories, lighter tools shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS) — transit is 3–7 business days. Total delivery: 4–9 business days from order.
Specific products may list a different estimate on the product page, which will control. Actual transit time depends on the manufacturer, carrier, and destination.
5. Backorders
We source products directly from manufacturers. If an item is on backorder after you place your order, we will notify you by email within one business day and either hold the order for the updated ship date or cancel and refund in full.
6. Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers including FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, and Estes Express. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse.
7. Delivery scheduling for freight shipments
LTL freight and large-equipment deliveries require a scheduled appointment with the carrier. The carrier will use the phone number and email on your order to arrange delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to respond promptly. Missed appointments, refused delivery, or failure to respond may result in storage, re-delivery, or reconsignment fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
8. Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging or product shows any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph the box, the damage, and the product's SKU. Email photos and a brief description to support@bluecollarplanet.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for carrier coverage.
9. Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing a tracking number and carrier link. For tracking assistance, contact support@bluecollarplanet.com or call 800-736-6265.
