Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. Select products may be available to ship to Canada on request — contact support@bluecollarplanet.com before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $200 within the 48 contiguous U.S. However, some exclusions apply. The following car lift brands are not eligible for free shipping: Katool, Triumph, AMGO, and Daytona. These brands ship by LTL freight; shipping is calculated at checkout, or you may have your order shipped to a nearby warehouse for pickup at no shipping charge. Orders under $200 are charged standard shipping calculated at checkout. LTL/freight items (car lifts, log splitters, generators, and other large equipment) may have a residential delivery surcharge, liftgate fee, or limited-access fee quoted at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM CT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. "Processing" means we confirm stock with the manufacturer, verify payment, and schedule the carrier.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, small-parcel orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, and LTL freight items (car lifts, log splitters, generators, and other large equipment) typically arrive in 7–14 business days. How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. When the shipment leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a second email with a tracking number and carrier link, typically within 24 hours of shipment.
What if my order is on backorder?
We source products directly from manufacturers. If an item is on backorder after you place your order, we'll notify you by email within one business day with the updated ship date — and you can choose to hold the order or cancel for a full refund.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging or product is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph the box, the damage, and the product's SKU. Email photos and a brief description to support@bluecollarplanet.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for carrier coverage.

Payment Options
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Illinois, where Blue Collar Planet LLC is registered. Orders shipped to other U.S. states are not subject to sales tax collected by us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on most products. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some brands may have shorter return windows or be sold as final sale. Custom or made-to-order products, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-returnable. How do I start a return?
Email support@bluecollarplanet.com or call 800-736-6265 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within one business day. Please do not ship any item back without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any reconsignment fees for returns initiated due to change of mind or buyer error. For LTL/freight items, a 25% restocking fee plus actual return freight costs apply.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered processing. After 24 hours or once processing has begun, a 25% restocking fee applies. Once the order has shipped, our 30-day Return Policy applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping. To cancel, email support@bluecollarplanet.com or call 800-736-6265.
Can I change my order?
Orders can only be changed before shipping. You can change your order at no cost by emailing support@bluecollarplanet.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we'll send you a custom invoice for the difference.
