Warranty ▾
- 30 days: wearable items such as tires, bulbs, lights, rubber parts, and oil seals.
- 6 months: labor fees, which must be applied for and approved by EKKO in advance.
- 1 year: parts and electrical components, including the transmission (gearbox shaft), traction motor, wheel controller, charger, lift motor, hydraulic pump, sensors, weldments, plus forks, platforms, and handles; lead-acid and flooded batteries are also covered for 1 year.
- 3 years: frame, forks, and mast.
- 5 years: lithium batteries on eligible models (against defects; excludes misuse, degradation, and normal wear).
