Pallet truck itself is great, no issues with the operation, lift works smooth, battery lasts a full day in our shop. My one gripe is the charger setup. The cord is short and the plug on the unit is kind of awkward to get to when you're parked in our usual spot. Had to rearrange where we keep it just to make the charging convenient. Small thing but annoying enough to lose a star. Otherwise this is a great little walkie for the money.

I'm 56 years old and was doing all the pallet moving at our shop with a manual jack. Was killing me. My doctor straight up told me I had to find another way to move heavy stuff at work. This was the answer. Easy to learn the controls, smooth ride, no more sore back at the end of the day. Worth every penny.

Look, the actual pallet truck works fine. It does what it's supposed to do, it moves pallets, the battery charges. So why 3 stars. Because the documentation that came with it is essentially useless. The manual is poorly translated, the warranty card is confusing, and when we had a question about whether we needed to do any periodic battery maintenance, there was nothing in the manual that addressed it. Called and got an answer eventually but had to wait 2 days. For a $3000+ piece of equipment you should get a real owners manual.

Big efficiency upgrade. What used to take us 45 minutes of pumping and dragging pallets is now under 15. Battery has lasted way longer than I expected. Honestly impressed for what we paid.

Bought this for our family-run wholesale food supply business. We move probably 60 pallets a week through our shop. The old hand-pump pallet jack we had was 20+ years old and required two people on heavy pallets. My nephew who works for us hurt his back trying to move a 2,000 lb pallet of canned tomatoes last summer and that's when I started shopping for an electric.

Vestil EPT Compact has been here for about 4 months. Once you learn the controls it's almost too easy. Charging takes about 6 hours from dead but we usually just top it off overnight. The 2,600 lb capacity is plenty for the loads we handle. Lift action is smooth, no hydraulic shudder or anything like you might worry about.

Only thing I'd flag is the wheels are pretty hard plastic so on our rougher concrete floor it can feel a little bumpy. Some softer wheels would be nice but its not a deal breaker. Will buy another for our second location when we open.

Did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this one. Was looking at a Big Joe and a used Toyota Walkie but they were way out of budget for our small distribution operation. Settled on the Vestil EPT Compact for the 2,600 lb capacity which is plenty for our pallets (we mostly handle 1,200-1,800 lb loads). Couple months in and very happy. Battery indicator is accurate, lift is smooth, the auto-brake feature when you let off the handle works well. My only minor concern was the build quality vs. a name brand but so far everything feels solid. Will report back if anything changes.

We use this mainly in tighter storage areas where forklifts would be excessive. It’s been very useful for daily inventory movement.
