Warranty Basics▾
BE Power Equipment Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under regular operational use for the original retail purchaser. Valid proof of purchase is required for all claims. The warranty does not cover normal wear items like O-rings, filters, and spark plugs, nor does it cover damage from misuse or lack of maintenance.
Warranty length
Standard warranty for engines such as Powerease, Kohler, and Vanguard is 3 years, which can be extended to 5 years if the product is registered within 90 days of purchase. Generators, water pumps, and air compressors also feature a 3-year standard and 5-year registered warranty. Accessories are covered for a period of 1 year. Honda GX engine warranties must be processed through Honda authorized service centers.

the roll cage is not just for looks. we've bumped and dropped this pump more times than I'd like to admit on job sites and the steel cage keeps the engine and pump housing protected every time. the honda runs great and the 143 psi output handles everything we throw at it

The 143 PSI output and 330-foot total lift distance make this pump capable of applications that standard transfer pumps can't handle. We push water uphill to an elevated storage tank on our property and this pump maintains pressure through the full run without struggling. Honda GX390 starts reliably and the low-oil shutdown protects the engine on remote deployments.

Norman C.

The 26-foot suction lift capability pulls water from below-grade sources reliably. We draw from a pond that sits about 22 feet below our pump position and the prime holds cleanly every time. The roll cage and ergonomic hand holds make moving the 140-pound unit manageable for two people

The cast iron housing combined with the aluminum impeller is the right material combination for a pump seeing daily field conditions. The housing handles the stress and corrosion exposure while the aluminum impeller keeps rotating weight low. 140 GPM flow rate with 143 PSI output puts this well above what standard transfer pumps deliver.

We used this on a flood response at a commercial facility pushing water 290 feet to discharge point. Pressure held through the full run and the Honda low-oil shutdown gave us one less thing to monitor during the response. The built-in data plate confirmed operating specs on the spot for our crew.

Rated for 143 PSI and capable of a 330-foot total lift distance, this pump does what most standard transfer pumps physically cannot.

C
Chloe S.

I use it to push water uphill to a holding tank 280 feet away and the pressure holds steady throughout. The Honda GX390 engine runs without complaint at the sustained load and the steel roll cage has taken several transport bumps without bending.

Patrick W.

The distinction between this and a standard transfer pump matters. Standard transfer pumps move volume. This one increases pressure to deliver water over longer distances and with the right attachments can spray water. I use it for dust suppression on a construction site through an attached spray bar and it covers the area effectively. The built-in data plate with operating information is something I reference regularly.

Cast iron housing on this pump is a durability specification that matters for a unit seeing daily construction site conditions. The aluminum impeller keeps rotating weight low while the housing handles the stress of pressurized flow. 140 GPM rated flow combined with 143 PSI output places this in a performance category above standard transfer pumps. Honda GX390 with low-oil shutdown protects the engine on remote deployments.

S
Sean C.

I use it for water transfer on most jobs but the spray capability for dust suppression adds a second function without a second piece of equipment. The roll cage with ergonomic hand holds moves from truck to site easily for a 140-pound unit.

H
Hailey M.

The 330-foot total lift capability means one pump covers most of our site configurations without needing a booster unit.

O
Owen D.

Suction lift capability of 26 feet means I can pull water from a deep well or sunken cistern without priming complications.

K
Kayla R.

This unit weighs 140 pounds and getting it in and out of a truck bed repeatedly makes good hand hold placement matter. The roll cage also protects the pump housing and engine during the drops and slides that happen in real field conditions.

J
Justin K.

The Honda GX390 389cc engine is genuinely commercial grade.

R
Riley M.

We use this for dust suppression on a construction site through an attached spray bar. The spray capability is what separates this from a standard transfer pump and it covers our suppression area effectively. The Honda GX390 runs all day without complaint and the steel roll cage handles the transport abuse well.

B
Brianna P.

The 2-inch inlet and outlet ports are standard connections that work with readily available fittings and hoses. Priming the cast iron housing before startup takes about 30 seconds and the pump catches immediately after.

A
Adam N.

The 140-pound shipping weight tells you this is built for work, not occasional use. Powder-coated steel frame and cast iron pump housing are not weight-saving measures but they are durability measures that matter over years of field deployment.

V
Victoria L.

The thermal protection through the Honda low-oil shutdown meant we could focus on the job rather than monitoring the engine. The built-in data plate confirmed operating specs on the spot.

H
Hunter G.

The steel roll cage and data plate make field operation straightforward even for operators unfamiliar with the unit.

R
Rachel I.

Combined with the 330-foot total lift distance this pump handles vertical and horizontal runs that would stall a standard unit completely. The 26-by-18-by-22-inch package dimensions fit in my work trailer without major rearrangement.

T
Travis B.

Very good purchase

Q
Quentin B.

Municipal contractor here. The 330-foot total lift distance covers most of our temporary site water supply configurations without a booster unit. Cast iron housing handles the sediment in site water better than aluminum pump housing alternatives we previously ran. The Honda GX390 commercial engine is reliable across our varied deployment conditions.
