Warranty
Warranty Basics▾
All equipment is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the 5-2-1 Limited Warranty. Coverage applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. All equipment must be installed and used indoors — equipment installed outdoors is not covered.
The warranty does not include electronic parts such as circuit boards, switches, and display panels. It also does not cover wearing or abused parts including cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains, gears, wedges, and rubber pads.
The warranty is voided by improper installation, operation, abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, overloading, lack of maintenance per the manual, or continued use of the equipment during a warranty investigation.
Also not covered: normal maintenance (cable adjustments, lubrication), on-site labor or service-call fees, damage from flood, fire, corrosion, or acts of God, and cosmetic defects such as paint scratches or color variations.
To start a warranty claim, the customer must provide a copy of the purchase invoice. Photos or videos may be requested by our warranty department. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our option upon inspection.
Freight on warranty parts is covered — we pay all shipping and freight-related charges for replacement parts within our service area for as long as the part remains under the 5-2-1 Limited Warranty. If the customer wants the replacement shipped before the investigation is complete, payment in full is required upfront, with a refund or credit issued once the part is confirmed defective.
The customer is responsible for loading and unloading warranty replacements. If all repair options are exhausted with no resolution, the equipment will be exchanged for new equipment of equal value at no additional charge, or upgraded with the customer paying the price difference.

- 2-post lifts (overhead, floorplate, and adjustable models)
- 4-post lifts
- Mid-rise and high-rise scissor lifts
- Parking lifts
- Alignment lifts
- Motorcycle and ATV lifts

Is a 2-post or 4-post lift better for my shop? ▾
A 2-post lift provides full access to the vehicle's undercarriage, making it ideal for brake, suspension, exhaust, and general service work.
A 4-post lift is better suited for vehicle storage, parking applications, and alignment services.
If versatility is your priority, a 2-post lift is typically the preferred choice. For storage or alignment work, a 4-post lift is recommended.
Are Daytona lifts ALI certified? ▾
The BR10-2OH-33 is Daytona's ALI-certified 10,000 lb. overhead 2-post lift and has been independently tested to meet ALI/ANSI safety standards.
Other Daytona lift models include safety features such as automatic locks, single-point release systems, and height limit switches, but they are not ALI certified.
