Warranty Basics▾
All equipment is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the 5-2-1 Limited Warranty. Coverage applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. All equipment must be installed and used indoors — equipment installed outdoors is not covered.
The warranty does not include electronic parts such as circuit boards, switches, and display panels. It also does not cover wearing or abused parts including cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains, gears, wedges, and rubber pads.
The warranty is voided by improper installation, operation, abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, overloading, lack of maintenance per the manual, or continued use of the equipment during a warranty investigation.
Also not covered: normal maintenance (cable adjustments, lubrication), on-site labor or service-call fees, damage from flood, fire, corrosion, or acts of God, and cosmetic defects such as paint scratches or color variations.
To start a warranty claim, the customer must provide a copy of the purchase invoice. Photos or videos may be requested by our warranty department. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our option upon inspection.
Freight on warranty parts is covered — we pay all shipping and freight-related charges for replacement parts within our service area for as long as the part remains under the 5-2-1 Limited Warranty. If the customer wants the replacement shipped before the investigation is complete, payment in full is required upfront, with a refund or credit issued once the part is confirmed defective.
The customer is responsible for loading and unloading warranty replacements. If all repair options are exhausted with no resolution, the equipment will be exchanged for new equipment of equal value at no additional charge, or upgraded with the customer paying the price difference.
FAQs
What is the minimum ceiling height required for the LTPA10? ▾
The standard minimum ceiling height required is 144" (12 feet).
If the optional 2 ft. Height Extension Kit is installed, the minimum required ceiling height increases to 168" (14 feet).
Does the LTPA10 come with truck adapters? ▾
Yes. Truck adapters are included as standard equipment with every LTPA10 2-post lift.
This allows larger vehicles to be lifted safely immediately after installation.
What are the concrete requirements for installation? ▾
For safe operation, the lift must be installed on a minimum of 6" thick concrete with a compressive strength of 4,000 PSI.
If the existing floor does not meet these requirements, replacing defective concrete with a 48" x 48" x 6" pad beneath each post is recommended.
Is the 2 ft. Height Extension Kit included? ▾
No. The 2 ft. Height Extension Kit is sold separately.
It is a popular option for shops with higher ceilings that need to service taller vehicles or vans.
What does "Adjustable Width" mean? ▾
The LTPA10 features three adjustable width settings: Narrow, Medium, and Wide.
This design allows you to customize the drive-through clearance from 88.6" to 100.4" to accommodate different shop layouts and vehicle sizes.

Use this on the cattle operation for cleaning equipment, trailer interiors, and barn cleanup. The Powerease engine has been reliable, the pump holds pressure consistently, the unit is built tough enough to handle being in a barn environment. No regrets going with the cheaper engine option for our use case.

Manage a 50000 sq ft warehouse. We needed to re-stripe forklift aisles and safety zones but did not want exhaust fumes from a Honda-powered striper. The RollMaster 1000 was the answer. Manual roller, no fumes, no engine. Slower than a spray machine for sure but for indoor use the trade-off is worth it. Lines look great when you take your time.

I'll share a detailed install experience for anyone considering this lift. Concrete in my garage is 4.5 inches thick, rebar reinforced, 25+ years old. Triumph spec calls for 4 inch minimum with a strength rating I had not measured. Decided to drill some test holes and the anchor pull-test came back fine. Install itself took me and a buddy about 6 hours plus another 2 hours for the hydraulic bleed and calibration. Once running its been flawless. 4 months in, dozen plus jobs through it, including some heavy F-250 work. Solid investment for a serious home garage.

20 year old Coats finally cracked the tower casting last spring. Looked everywhere for a replacement and the prices on new Coats and Hunter machines are insane. Settled on the KT-T800 after reading every review I could find. Six months in and it has been a workhorse. We do about 25-30 tires a week through it. No regrets at all.
Run a small auto body shop in Michigan. We use the pressure washer for cleaning panels before paint, washing parts, and cleaning the shop bay floors. The 4200 PSI is honestly more pressure than I need most days but the GPM flow rate is what really helps for getting through the work. Honda GX390 starts every time even when the shop heater is off.
