Where standard forklift booms lift loads with the load orientation FIXED to the boom direction, the Orbiting boom adds a rotating mechanism at the lifting hook that lets operators PIVOT the load around the hook's vertical axis WITHOUT moving the forklift. The result is dramatically faster, more precise load positioning for operations that require specific load orientation: construction site rigging where beams and equipment must align with installation points, truck loading and unloading where loads must face the right direction, warehouse rack placement, manufacturing installation work, maintenance and repair operations, farming and agriculture equipment handling, HVAC and transformer installation, and any operation where "set it down, reposition the forklift, lift again" wastes time and creates safety risks.

Choose Your Configuration — Two Critical Decisions:

• Capacity (4,000 / 6,000 / 8,000 lb): Match to your forklift's de-rated capacity at the load center — NOT to your forklift's nameplate rating. Adding any boom dramatically shifts the load center forward, reducing the forklift's effective capacity.
• Fork Pocket Center (24" / 30" / 36"): The distance between the center of your forklift's two forks. This MUST match your forklift's actual fork spread. Note: 11" fork pocket center is NOT offered in the Orbiting series — narrow-fork forklifts should use the standard LM-1NT series instead. Measure your forklift's fork spread before ordering.

Premium Construction: The LM-OBNT features heavy-gauge structural steel construction with AWS-welded joints (American Welding Society standards) — same premium build as the standard LM-1NT series, with the addition of the rotating hook mechanism engineered for repeated rotation cycles under load.
