Warranty

Warranty Basics▾
Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship on the main machine and its components under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover consumables and wear parts (brushes, pads, squeegees), damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, use of non-authorized parts, or acts of nature such as floods, fires, or earthquakes. The warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Warranty length
2 years from the date of delivery on the main machine and eligible components. An additional 90-day warranty applies specifically to core components — motors, tanks, and control boards. Proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) must be retained to qualify for warranty service.
Remedies and costs
If a covered defect is identified, we will repair or replace the faulty part at our discretion, free of charge. Parts, labor, and shipping to and from the service location are covered for valid warranty claims. Liability is limited to repair or replacement only — we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
