The Triumph NTC-690 is a heavy-duty commercial tire changer built to service the largest wheels on the road and in the field — big trucks, buses, tractors, and other industrial vehicles. A 14"–56" clamping range, 42" max wheel width, and 90" max tire diameter let it handle wheels that bench-top passenger machines can't even fit, and a robotic arm with wireless remote control does the heavy work — eliminating the back-breaking manual prying that comes with oversized tires. Hydraulic operation, 220V power, and an instructional video are included.

Why It's Different: Two features turn this from a tire changer into a tire-changing system. First, the robotic arm automates the demount/mount sequence — no two-person prying on a 200 lb truck tire. Second, the wireless remote lets the operator stand back and run the machine safely from the side, which matters when you're working a 600 lb agricultural wheel. ⚠️ Heavy LTL freight — 2,400 lb shipping weight. Tire equipment from NAT typically ships with liftgate service included, but verify with the carrier given this unit's weight before scheduling delivery. The truck driver will not move the machine into your shop or assemble it.

⚠️ No bead blast / bead seater. If you regularly seat stubborn truck-tire beads on dropped-center rims, plan for a separate inflation cage or bead-seating tool — this changer is not equipped with a bead-blast assist.

⚠️ Operate safely: commercial tire equipment requires trained operators; review the included instructional video and the manufacturer's safety procedures, and inflate large tires inside a safety cage to OSHA recommendations. Never exceed 120 PSI inflation rating.
