This combo pairs two high-volume shop machines: the Triumph NTC-950-2 swing-arm tire changer with dual pneumatic assist arms and bead-blast, and the truck-grade NTB-1200 electronic wheel balancer. Together they cover the full mount-balance workflow for a busy bay. The NTC-950-2's dual assist arms make even the most difficult tires easy to change — wide-profile, low-profile, and run-flats — while the bead-blast system shoots a powerful blast of air into the sidewall to break and seat stubborn beads. The NTB-1200 balances wheels up to 28" and 350 lb in 6–9 seconds with ±1 gram accuracy.

The NTC-950-2 steps above the robotic-arm NTC-650/690 in a different direction — it's a swing-arm changer with bead-blast and a 5,500 lb bead breaker, built for passenger and light-truck volume rather than oversized commercial tires, and the matched NTB-1200 handles the same passenger-through-medium-truck wheel range.

⚠️ This is a passenger / light-truck combo, not an oversized-commercial setup. The NTC-950-2 handles tires up to 43" diameter and 15" wheel width; for big-rig, bus, or tractor tires up to 90", the robotic-arm NTC-690 is the right machine.

⚠️ Bolt both machines to a level floor before use and always lower the balancer's safety hood before spinning a wheel. Install per the manufacturer's instructions.

⚠️ Tire equipment ships LTL with liftgate service included — the driver lowers the units to the ground at the back of the truck, but will not move them inside or assemble them. Two heavy crates (900 lb + 720 lb).

Dual Assist Arms Paired with Truck-Grade Balancing

The NTC-950-2's two pneumatic assist arms hold the bead at two points, so wide-profile, low-profile, and run-flat tires stop being a fight. The NTB-1200 then balances wheels up to 350 lbs on a truck-grade shaft. Most combos pair a production changer with a passenger balancer; this one matches capability on both sides, so the balancer doesn't become the bottleneck.

Bead Blast and a 5,500 lb Bead Breaker

The bead-blast system shoots air into the sidewall to break and seat beads that won't cooperate, and the side-mounted breaker delivers 5,500 lbs of force. Between them, the two steps where tire jobs most often stall are handled without a separate inflation tool. The changer clamps 14"–26" outside and 16"–28" inside for tires to 43" and 15" wide.

Both Machines on 110V, Tooling Included

Neither machine needs commercial wiring. The changer ships with steel and plastic mount and demount heads, clamp covers, a soap tank and brush, and a tire bar; the balancer with an integrated wheel lift, safety hood, cone adapters, weight hammer, and rim caliper. The NTB-1200 balances to ±1 gram in 6 to 9 seconds.

Wear items excluded — on the tire changer: plastic protective pads/tooling on clamps, heads, bead breakers, assist arms, the tire-inflation hose, lube brush, and bucket; on the balancer: quick-release wing nut, hood cover, top tray cover, and wheel weight hammer.
