Operate a 4 bay shop in Idaho, full service mechanical and some restoration work. The NTO-11A is on bay 1 and gets the heaviest use. About 8 months in and probably 500+ lifts. Overall height of 145 inches requires serious ceiling clearance planning. My shop has 14-foot ceilings so it works perfectly. But buyers in lower buildings should verify that spec carefully before ordering this model.
