Warranty basics
Newstripe provides an 18-month limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper operation, or normal wear and tear.

Component-specific coverage: Gasoline engines, compressors, low-pressure pumps, and transaxles are covered only under their respective manufacturers' warranties, not by Newstripe. High-pressure pumps manufactured by Newstripe carry a 12-month warranty for materials and workmanship, excluding wear items such as diaphragms and valves. Repairs or modifications performed by third parties without written authorization from Newstripe void the warranty.
Warranty length
18 months on equipment from date of original purchase.
12 months on Newstripe-manufactured high-pressure pumps (excludes wear items such as diaphragms and valves).
Gasoline engines, compressors, low-pressure pumps, and transaxles are covered under their respective component manufacturer's warranty terms.
Remedies and costs
Newstripe's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts of its manufacture, free of charge, within 18 months of original purchase. To request service, the purchaser must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from Newstripe and ship the defective part(s) to Newstripe with transportation prepaid by the purchaser, along with a written description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase date. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, and associated labor. Newstripe is not liable for incidental or consequential damages under any circumstance.
