Return & Refund Policy
Blue Collar Planet LLC wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. By placing an order at bluecollarplanet.com you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Where a product or brand has a different manufacturer policy, the manufacturer policy may supersede in part; we will always communicate any brand-specific terms before accepting a return.
1. 30-day return window
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Some brands may have shorter return windows or be sold as final sale; see section 7.
2. Condition requirements
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
• unused and in the same condition in which you received it,
• in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation,
• accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Cancellations before shipment
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered processing. After 24 hours or once processing has begun with the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee applies. Once the order has shipped, the 30-Day Return Policy below applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. How to start a return
Email support@bluecollarplanet.com or call 800-736-6265 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within one business day. Please do not ship any item back without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. For approved returns, we will email you a return shipping label to download and print. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, as described in Section 5.
5. Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any reconsignment fees for returns initiated due to change of mind or buyer error. For LTL / freight items, a 25% restocking fee plus actual return freight costs apply. If you are exchanging for another product, contact us — we may be able to offset part of the return freight depending on the brand.
6. Damaged or defective items
Inspect packaging and product at the time of delivery. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph the box, SKU, and damage, and email support@bluecollarplanet.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will either file an insurance claim with the carrier, send a replacement part, or arrange a full replacement at no cost to you.
7. Non-returnable items and brand-specific terms
The following are final sale or have restricted return terms; contact us before ordering if you have questions:
• Custom or made-to-order products — final sale, no cancellations or refunds once the order is placed.
• Gift cards and downloadable products — final sale.
• Brand-specific terms (may change; current at time of publishing): Certain freight-shipped industrial equipment may carry a restocking fee higher than 25% set by the manufacturer. Any such fee will be disclosed before your return is authorized.
8. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different item, size, or model may be processed within the 30-day return window subject to the conditions above. Any price difference will be credited or invoiced. Shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
10. BOGO / promotional returns
If a free or discounted item was received as part of a promotion and the qualifying item is returned, the promotional item must also be returned or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
11. Chargebacks
Our team is committed to resolving any issue you encounter. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may be contested with supporting documentation.
12. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.
