Warranty

Warranty Basics▾
KATOOL / M&E provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or sales record. Equipment must be purchased directly from KATOOL or an authorized vendor.
Warranty length
All equipment includes a limited 1-year warranty covering parts and product defects. Vehicle lifts include an additional 3-year warranty on structural components. A 2-year extended warranty may also be available for purchase.
Remedies and costs
Approved warranty claims are limited to replacement of defective parts, with replacement parts and shipping provided at no cost. Labor, installation, removal, repair costs, misuse, improper installation, environmental damage, and operation outside manufacturer guidelines are not covered.
