Warranty Basics▾
1. Steel Structure Components — 5 Years. Includes columns, carriages, lifting arms, top beam, floor cover, platform, cross beam, car drive-in ramp, scissor, and base plate.
2. Hydraulic Parts — 3 Years. Includes cylinders, oil seals, oil hoses, and fittings.
3. Other Parts, Electrical Components, and Power Unit — 2 Years. Consumable parts (such as rubber pads) are not included.
A few responsibilities sit with the customer. You must inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and refuse it if it appears damaged — you have the right to inspect the packaging regardless of what the driver says. If an item looks possibly damaged but you choose to accept it, please note the possible damage on the carrier's acceptance slip when signing. Hidden freight damage must be reported to both the freight carrier and AMGO within 48 hours of delivery. Please also open all packages within 48 hours of receipt and inventory the equipment to confirm nothing is missing — notify us within that 48-hour window of any shortages or problems. If a shipment is accepted clean and damage is discovered later, the customer is responsible for filing the freight claim.
