Warranty ▾
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase and the machine serial number, so keep your invoice and complete your warranty registration when the machine is commissioned. Engines fitted to Beton Trowel machines (Honda, and other engine brands depending on model) also carry the engine manufacturer's own warranty, serviceable at any of their authorized service centers.
Not covered: normal wear and consumable items such as blades, float pans, belts, clutch friction components and gear oil; routine maintenance; impact damage to rotors, blades or gearboxes; damage from abuse, neglect, running the machine outside its rated use, or unauthorized modification; and any repair carried out without approval by someone other than an authorized service point.
• Walk-behind and ride-on power trowels — 2 years on the gearbox. Ride-on models such as the BT900 series are listed with a 2-year warranty, and electric walk-behinds such as the BT60E carry two years on the gearbox.
• Lightweight resin and porta trowels (BTPT60H, BTPT75H) — 24 months on both the machine and the engine.
• Surface preparation machines (BTSP10H, BTSP10E) — 90 days from date of purchase, with written notice of the defective part required inside that 90-day window.
• Engines — covered separately under the engine manufacturer's own warranty terms.
Coverage begins on the date of purchase or first use by the end user, established by the bill of sale or completed warranty registration. Replacement parts fitted under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new term.
Liability is limited to replacing or repairing defective parts. Beton Trowel is not liable for consequential or incidental losses, including downtime, lost production, rental of replacement equipment, or costs associated with a delayed pour.
Unless your dealer agrees otherwise in writing, the owner is responsible for freight of the machine or part to and from the service point, travel or on-site call-out charges, labor beyond the approved warranty allowance, and any diagnostic work on a claim that is ultimately declined. Continuing to run a machine after a fault is suspected, or having repairs done by an unapproved third party, can void the remaining coverage — stop the machine and contact us first.
