Warranty basics
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) warrants its lifts to the original owner only; the coverage is not transferable. CLI will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that is found on inspection to be defective during the applicable warranty period. Coverage applies only when the lift is installed, operated, and maintained in line with CLI's installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Using unapproved parts or accessories voids the warranty, as does any repair attempted by someone who is not a CLI authorized service representative. Normal maintenance, adjustments, wear and tear, and damage from improper handling, abuse, misuse, or negligence are not covered. The warranty is valid only if the lift is registered with Challenger Lifts; registration must be completed online (challengerlifts.com/register-your-lift), otherwise the warranty period begins from the invoice date of purchase.
Warranty length
5 years on structural parts, 2 years on functional parts, and 1 year on labor. Structural parts include the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers. Functional parts include power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Remedies and costs
Repair or replacement of defective parts is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. For the covered period, CLI also pays reasonable transportation and/or labor costs to replace those parts. This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which is expressly excluded. No employee, agent, dealer, or other party may extend warranties on CLI's behalf. CLI is not liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any breach or delay in performance of the warranty. The warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.

What electrical service does the 44030X require? ▾
The 44030X requires 208-230V single-phase power at 30 amps. Unlike the higher-capacity 40K-60K models that require three-phase service, the 44030X can operate on standard single-phase power available at most commercial facilities.
What are the concrete requirements for installing the 44030X? ▾
The lift requires a minimum 4" thick reinforced concrete floor rated at 3,500+ PSI. The concrete must be free from cracks and seams and must have cured for at least 28 days before installation.

Challenger provides a 5-year warranty on structural parts (columns, runways, cross beams, ramps, carriages) and a 1-year warranty on functional parts (power unit, cylinders, hoses, valves, controls) and labor. The 44030X includes the complete lift assembly with columns, runways, crossbeams, 3 HP single-phase power unit, dual lift cylinders, diamond-plate approach ramps, synchro-power controls, air-actuated lock release, anchor hardware, and installation manual. Rolling jacks and installation labor are not included.
How is the 44030X shipped and delivered? ▾
The lift ships via freight carrier with free delivery to commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states. A forklift or loading dock is required to unload. Delivery is curbside; the carrier does not bring equipment inside. Inspect all packages before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Are rolling jacks available for the 44030X? ▾
Yes, Challenger offers optional 15,000 lb rolling jacks that work with the 44030X for wheel-free service. These allow brake, suspension, and tire work without removing wheels from the runways. The runway spacing of 54" to 75" accommodates standard rolling jack configurations.

The 44030X is the extended-wheelbase 30,000 lb model with single-phase power operation.
