The superstructure does not include the completion kit (chrome pistons, power unit, controls) or the lower cassette tub, which are sold separately. All 3 component groups are required for a fully operational inground lift system.
What is the difference between the superstructure and a completion kit? ▾
The CS1020SS superstructure provides the above-grade vehicle contact components including the 3-stage arms, bolster assemblies, and double-telescoping screw pads that make physical contact with the vehicle during lifting. A completion kit provides the below-grade hydraulic components including chrome pistons, power unit, controls, and installation hardware. Both components are separate from the lower cassette tub (pre-kit) and all three are required for a complete 10,000 lb capacity CS1020 inground lift installation. The superstructure and completion kit can be purchased separately to accommodate phased installation projects.

What warranty coverage applies to the CS1020SS superstructure? ▾
The standard Challenger Lifts warranty covers structural parts including the 3-stage arms, bolster assemblies, and related components when installed per manufacturer specifications on the 10,000 lb capacity CS1020 inground lift. Warranty registration must be completed online within 30 days of installation, or the warranty period begins from the invoice date. An extended warranty is available for purchase within 30 days of lift invoice that extends functional parts coverage by an additional 3 years for 5 years total. Installation must follow Challenger procedures, and all superstructure bolts must be torqued to 120 ft-lb per factory specifications.
How is the CS1020SS shipped? ▾
