- Mechanics Tools & Hand Tools — Lifetime Warranty. Applies to open stock impact sockets, chrome sockets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, pry bars, and knives. Exceptions: torque wrenches (1-year warranty, 90-day calibration), bits & bit sets, and blowmold storage cases.
- Lifting Equipment — 1-Year Warranty. Applies to service jacks under 3.5-ton capacity, under-hoist transmission jacks, and engine cranes.
- Air Tools — 1-Year Warranty. Applies to all air tools. Exceptions: the SX556-6 (repair or replace), and spray guns and spray gun accessories, which carry a 90-day warranty. Some heavy-duty air tools carry a 2-year warranty — refer to the user manual.
- Storage & Shop Tools — 1-Year Warranty. Applies to all carts, shop products, and lighting, including gas shocks, casters, and drawer slides. Caster replacement carries a no-hassle 2-year warranty from date of cart/creeper purchase; creepers have a 90-day structural warranty.
